Thomas, chairman of file Watauga Could; March of Dimes Chapter, waa presented the Outstanding Service Award at the Southeastern Regional March at Dimes October 28 in Atlanta, The local chapter was pre sented the award for first place in the organisation’s national scrapbook contest, Thomas, wboalsolsTolimtaer director of the Blue Ridge Coun cil of March at Dimes Chap tin, was cited for the award by Gene Burton, regional di rector of the National Founda tion.
